ProSteel warrants the tornado door to be free from defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase and this includes electronic locks. This warranty does not apply to damage or loss resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, unauthorized entry or improper installation, damage resulting from exposure to moisture and/or condensation, nor does it cover wear or scratching of paint or plating.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, ProSteel will repair or replace it (at ProSteel’s discretion) free of charge.
